Telegraph Road formerly Commercially zoned land, "C-8". The property consists of 3-lots with combined square footage of 31,985 square feet (0.73 Acres). Highly visible corner lot located at the intersection of Telegraph Road and Whitshire Drive, over 110 feet of frontage on Telegraph Road, and easy access via a recorded easement with American Cleaners (Book 8771, Page 527).
