David Kinnard specializes in medical real estate. David works with healthcare companies who have multiple locations and are expanding their footprint. He is not only a tenant representative for the company rather, with his corporate services offering, he is their outsourced real estate department. Additionally, he works with individual and institutional investors acquiring medical real estate inventory. David brings twenty years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to his real estate business. He spent fifteen years in corporate finance related roles. In those roles he developed strategic, annual, and compensation plans and participated in numerous corporate acquisition projects. He spent five years as a practice management consultant which gave him insight into the business of the healthcare industry. While medical real estate is his focus, a large percentage of his real estate business comes through referrals. Commercial real estate referrals that come in from friends, past colleagues, and residential real estate agents are the bread and butter deals of his business. He places the highest priority on those referrals which result in even more referrals. David has his MBA and is a CCIM candidate.
