Background & Experience: Maria comes to us with thirty years of experience handling all phases of commercial real estate with an emphasis on Shopping center development, leasing, and sales. Maria specializes in automotive, both quick service and full-service restaurants, and has had the opportunity to assist Ruby Tuesday, Sizzler, Bob’s Big Boy, Taco Bell, Jack in The Box, Subway, Pizza Hut, Tireworks, Autozone, and Firestone expand within the Las Vegas market. Prior to joining the NAI Excel family, Maria owned both her own brokerage firm and worked for a small independent brokerage company and developer where she was instrumental in the development and leasing of 10 shopping centers ranging from 5 acres to 12 acres; working closely with contractors, tenants, and attorneys transforming what was once dirt into thriving shopping centers featuring national, regional, and local tenants. Community Involvement: Maria is a past president of Commercial Real Estate Women of Las Vegas (CREWLV) and a member of the Board of Directors as well as Commercial Alliance. When she’s not off riding her Harley, Maria volunteers her time in support to local charities such as The Shade Tree, Three Square, the Cleveland Clinic, Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health and the Folded Flag Foundation.
