As Founder and CEO of a national workplace planning/procurement/ delivery firm, Price supported commercial real estate brokers and other members of the CRE supply chain nationally with innovative technology and processes that delivered high-performance workspace for a fraction of the conventional time and cost. Background & Experience In 2018, Pat Turnbull, Global Chair of the International Facilities Management Association recognized Price’s firm for its “ground-breaking innovation in planning, procuring and delivering commercial workspace. Price co-founded, grew and exited two other firms, including MCDS, the exclusive provider of new store construction logistics to Starbucks Coffee. The firm opened more than 500 stores a year, and developed the industry’s gold standard in integrated project delivery—reducing new store construction time from 10 weeks to 15 days. Price led the company through 10 years of growth before taking it public (Nasdaq), where it was later acquired by UPS Global Logistics. Today, Price brings his knowledge of the supply chain and his expertise in commercial real estate to each of his clients, devoting an uncommon amount of time and resources to ensure his clients see the best outcome with the highest possible return.
