Chandler J. Dignam is a commercial real estate advisor who specializes in properties tied to true net leases such as fast-food restaurants (QSR’s), Dollar Stores, Pharmacies, C-Stores/Gas component, Auto Repair Centers as well as multi-tenant centers. Chandler joined Anchor Point Capital’s boutique advisory firm with a strategic approach to continue facilitating transactions for his existing relationships with private family offices and mid-level institutional groups. Being that Chandler and his team are based out of Southern California, their access to Anchor Point Capital’s unique marketing platform as well as aggressive Southern California capital has significantly benefitted his clients looking to invest/divest out of California. With a Finance degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Chandler has discovered a passion for finding unique ways for investors to place their capital in secure, long-term investments. Him and his team have leveraged their relationships with private investors, developers, institutions, and 1031 exchange buyers to put their clients in the driver seat. When Chandler is not working, he can be found in the Rocky Mountains skiing in Breckenridge or traveling to identify his families next real estate venture. Education: B.S. in Finance from University of Colorado-Boulder.
