James Flint, CCIM is the president and managing broker of Sperry’s Melbourne Florida office, Flint & Associates. James specializes in business mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate. His clients range from small business owners to representatives of global corporations. James has a unique talent for recognizing the unspoken needs of his clients, and leveraging opportunities to create solutions. James has earned the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). It is a distinction awarded to a select group of commercial real estate professionals who have demonstrated proficiency in their fields through years of transactional experience, and rigorous coursework in commercial real estate financial and market analysis. James grew up in Minnesota, where he became a business leader in his community. He has been a full-time business owner, entrepreneur and investor for over 20 years. He began his career in real estate as a multifamily investor, and has broadened his portfolio to include industrial and retail assets. He began his brokerage career when he moved to Melbourne, Florida with his wife Stella in 2014. James is currently serving on the Board of Directors of CCIM Florida's Central District. He is a 2022 Leadership Brevard graduate, and is also active in the IBBA (International Business Brokerage Association), the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce, and the Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast.
