Kirk represented business interests in Madera as the chairman of the Madera Chamber of Commerce and was instrumental in paving the way for the North Fork casino to be built along Highway 99.
When he isn’t working, Kirk enjoys cooking, playing poker, trying new foods, working on community events, and spending time with his family and friends.
