RICH SMITH.....Rich began his Real Estate career in 1979, as an agent and by 1981 he was managing an office in Arvada. In 1984 he moved to Van Schaack and Company, and remained there for 15 years, as one of the top producing agents in the office. In 1999 Rich left Coldwell Banker and formed "The Smith Group", which became part of RE/MAX in 2001. During his years in Real Estate, he has sold custom homes for developers, built and sold new condo projects, and owned , sold and managed investment properties. ANGELA ALTER.....Angela received her Real Estate license in 2015 before joining "The Smith Group". Since 2008, Angela has been delighting her vacation rental clients, by personally managing all aspects of owning and renting a vacation rental property in Breckenridge, Colorado. Angela has over 20 years of professional software marketing experience and thus brings a solid foundation of complex problem solving skills to every transaction. As a businesswoman, wife, mmother, neighbor and homeowwwwwwner, taking care of and caring for others is what she does best. We are happy to have Angela on our team! DEBBIE KAY SMITH.....Debbie has been our office manager since 1985. She is the person you will speak to when calling the office. Her duties include managing the day to day operations of our group. she also takes incoming calls, completes and updates web-sites and on-line information, inputs MLS photos and conducts web-site maintenance. She also interacts with our Sellers and stays in touch with them approximately every 2 weeks to give updates and suggest any changes or price adjustments, to get their property Sold quickly. KRISTI SHCMACHTENBERGER.....Kristi is our Transaction Coordinator and she insures that all of the contract deadlines are met. She also coordinates inspections, appraisals and closings for both Buyers and Sellers. Once you are officially Under Contract, Kristi will be able to answer any questions about the process leading to a smooth and expeditious closing.
